Practice Summary
Prior to joining Sotos, Krupa litigated some of the largest class actions in Canada. Her experience spans a wide range of areas, including competition (antitrust), government liability, and product liability.
Krupa earned her JD from Osgoode Hall Law School, where she was an active member in the mooting program. She excelled as an oralist in several prestigious competitions, including the Davies’ Corporate/Securities Moot and the Bowman Tax Moot. She also won first place in the Dentons’ Canada Negotiation Competition, demonstrating exceptional negotiation skills. While in law school, Krupa volunteered as an intake volunteer with Pro Bono Law Ontario, helping self-represented litigants navigate the litigation process in Small Claims Court. This experience honed her ability to communicate complex legal concepts in an accessible way, and she has carried this skill forward into her legal practice.
