On March 8, 2016, the Sexual Violence and Harassment Action Plan Act (Supporting Survivors and Challenging Sexual Violence and Harassment), 2016 received Royal Assent. The Act creates new obligations for employers concerning workplace harassment. The amendments will come into force on September 8, 2016.
