Nadia Fyfe
Articling Student
Nadia is one of our articling students for the 2026-2027 term, working primarily with the Corporate and Commercial group. As a previous summer student at Sotos, she contributed to matters involving trademarks, franchising, mergers and acquisitions and securities law.
While in law school, Nadia completed Western Law’s Area of Concentration in Intellectual Property, Information and Technology. She served as a case manager at the Western Intellectual Property and Innovation Legal Clinic, where she led a case team assisting clients with trademarks, patents and copyright matters. Nadia also completed an internship at the HIV Legal Network, where she worked on legal and human rights issues related to HIV and contributed to policy-based advocacy efforts. Prior to attending law school, Nadia attended the University of Ottawa, receiving an Honours Bachelor of Health Science with a specialization in Population and Public Health.

During my free time, I enjoy attending spin classes, watching documentaries and spending time with my family, friends and dog.
