Sotos Welcomes Misha Nili as an Associate

Sotos LLP is pleased to welcome Misha Nili as an Associate in the firm’s Corporate and Commercial Law Group in Toronto.

Misha advises clients on a range of corporate and commercial matters, including franchising, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, information technology and data privacy, and regulatory matters.

Misha first joined Sotos as a summer student and later returned to complete her articles with the firm.

Misha brings a distinctive background to her practice. Before entering law, she studied biology, psychology and nursing and worked as a neonatal intensive care nurse in Toronto. That experience complements her legal training and informs her work with businesses operating in regulated, scientific and technically complex environments.
