Sotos LLP is seeking a qualified Director of Operations to fill a newly created position.

The ideal candidate must have extensive administrative experience including financial management, facility operations, human resources, and project management.

The primary function of this role is to assume responsibility for the efficient management of the firm.


  • Manage the firm’s credit, billing and collection policies;
  • Manage human resources functions;
  • Plan and organize staff training;
  • Manage major projects;
  • Manage equipment acquisition; and
  • Manage facility operations

The preferred candidate will have law firm experience and leadership skills to support the management team.
