Practice Focus and Background
Krishana is an associate in our litigation group practising in the areas of civil litigation, professional liability litigation, employment law and class actions. Before joining Sotos LLP, Krishana completed her articles with the Ministry of the Attorney General, Civil Remedies for Illicit Activities Office where she gained experience in civil forfeiture litigation. In addition, she completed a secondment in criminal law with the Downtown Crown Attorney’s Office at Old City Hall.
Krishana attended Osgoode Hall Law School, where she served on the executive committees for Osgoode’s International Legal Partnership and Environmental Law Society. She was also actively involved with Pro Bono Students Canada at Law Help Ontario as well as Parkdale Community Legal Services where she represented clients within the housing rights division.
