Rachel Loizos
Practice Focus
Rachel practices commercial and corporate law with a focus on the acquisition and sale of businesses (both through the purchase of assets and shares), secured transactions, commercial real estate, and leasing matters. Rachel serves a broad range of clients including individuals, private corporations, banks, and other financial institutions. Rachel also provides advice relating to all aspects of estate planning and she assists executors and trustees with the administration of estates and trusts.
