Practice Focus

John is a partner with Sotos LLP, practicing in the area of business law with an emphasis on franchising, licensing, and distribution of goods.  His practice focuses on advising on all aspects of franchise and master franchise agreements, disclosure documents, franchisee associations, and the acquisition and sale of businesses. In addition, he advises on intellectual property issues, including advising on the procurement, licensing, and assignment of trade-marks.

John advises franchisors, franchisees, and franchisee associations on all aspects of franchise legal matters.
