Practice Focus

David focuses on class actions particularly in the area of franchise and distribution law and competition (anti-trust) matters. He is counsel in many leading class actions involving system-wide breaches by franchisors and distributors.

In addition to his recognized leadership in professional association activities, he is a frequent speaker and chair of Continuing Legal Education programs relating to civil litigation.

David is active in law reform and access to justice issues and is the Chair of Public Affairs of the Ontario Bar Association.

David offers service and representation in English and French.
