David has a broad-based business law practice and has particular interest in the law of franchising, licensing, and distribution. David has extensive experience in representing franchisors and franchisees. In particular, David provides legal advice and representation in connection with the structure and negotiation of the purchase and sale of businesses and the development of franchise systems.
