Christine Jackson
Practice Focus and Background
Christine practices in all aspects of commercial and corporate law. Her practice focuses on purchases and sales of businesses, corporate and financing transactions, and leasing matters. Christine also assists franchisors and franchisees on a variety of matters, including transfers, renewals, and the preparation of franchise agreements and related documents.
Prior to joining the firm, Christine served as a judicial clerk to the Office of the Chief Justice at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. She brings with her a distinguished law school experience having been honoured with the McCarthy Tétrault Leadership Award, the McMillan LLP Scholarship of Excellence, and the J.W. Whiteside Award in recognition of outstanding service to the Faculty of Law and the Windsor community.
