Class Actions

Class action lawsuits can be an effective way of resolving certain types of legal disputes where many prospective plaintiffs share the same legal issues. Rather than litigating each individual claim separately, the plaintiffs can band together as a class to resolve the issues in a relatively expeditious and economical manner.
Through our experience in acting for large groups of businesses, we understand that each class member running a business expects to receive information and updates and we regularly schedule meetings with our class members, both before and after certification, to keep the group informed. We believe that this constant communication is necessary when a group has trusted us to resolve an important system-wide issue. And we believe that this focus sets us apart.
