Pet Valu class action certified by Ontario Superior Court

The Ontario Superior Court of Justice has released a decision certifying a class action against Pet Valu. The class action is on behalf of approximately 155 current Pet Valu franchisees in Ontario and Manitoba and all former franchisees that were in the franchise system at any time since December 31, 2003.
