Biz magazine (Hamilton and Halton) has published an article about the ongoing GM dealers dispute and the class action lawsuit being brought by Sotos LLP. Sotos LLP lawyer David Sterns is interviewed along with several of the terminated dealers.
GM’s restructuring plan seemed like a sound idea. But that didn’t make the news any easier for 245 dealers shown the end of the road.
